Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow will teach you to move confidently through a physical practice while remaining connected to your breath. Mindful Flow level 1-2 takes place on Thursday evenings, 7.30-8.30pm at The Calm Rooms in Monkstown.

Vinyasa flow yoga is a style of yoga in which one pose flows into the next, usually in time with breathing. As the poses are linked together, the way in and out of each pose becomes just as important as the pose itself.

Breath is the very essence of vinyasa yoga. My Mindful Flow classes incorporate breath awareness, movement with the breath and a focus on good alignment in poses that are frequently present in vinyasa yoga.

If you choose to attend a course you’ll learn key concepts that you can apply in any vinyasa yoga class and that will help you to practice with greater confidence, ease and ability to modify the practice to meet your needs.

You'll also have the opportunity to improve your mobility, increase strength and enjoy the calm that comes from dancing with the breath into our closing relaxation.

Who is this class suitable for?

Although this is a level 1-2 class it is suitable for beginners who have a reasonable level of fitness, as well as those with yoga experience.

When and where does the class take place?

This class takes place on Thursday evenings 7.30pm - 8.30pm at The Calm Rooms in Monkstown Co. Dublin. The next term will run from September 15th - October 27th, with no class on Thursday, October 10th.

The space is small so the class size will be limited to just seven students. It's cosy and you'll get lots of personalised attention, plus you will get to know your fellow students - (in my experience) it's such a joy to come together in a really small and personal group!

How much does this course cost?

6-class course = €90

Single class = €18
