The Sunday Slow Down

The Sunday Slowdown is a 75 minute class that combines gentle mat-based yoga, short meditations and breathwork. The class is designed to help you calm your nervous system, release tension and feel great. When we are able to come together to practice, you can expect candles and fairy lights, calming music and scents that encourage relaxation. It's a restful way to end your weekend and ease your way into a new week with a positive mindset. I will be providing this class online over winter 2020/21.

WHEN AND WHERE DOES THIS CLASS TAKE PLACE?

The Sunday Slowdown usually takes place in The Calm Rooms, Monkstown village, Co. Dublin but has moved to an online format for the extent of the Covid-19 restrictions.

The next Slowdown has not yet been scheduled but once I have one in my calendar, I will add the details here and on my social media. Please contact me directly for enquiries.

WHO IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR?

This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, all fitness levels and all ages. The class is very gentle and the physical part of the class can be modified for most limitations and injuries.
